MIZ offer a bespoke solution in terms of design, procurement and installation but we feel that this can only be successfully brought together with strong onsite support and management. A dedicated site management team is assigned to each project to ensure that we maintain the highest standards. The Project Management Team is tailored to compliment the scale of the project. We have fully trained, competent people in the following positions:

  • Contracts Manager
  • Site Manager
  • Assistant Site Manager

Over the course of the project we provide concise Procurement Strategy, Risk Management and Assessment, Quality Control and Team Co-Ordination Services to ensure that the project runs efficiently and cost effectively. 

MIZ will incorporate everything from Contractual Advice to Implementation and Programme Management. Our Project Management Team will use their professionalism, experience and design, technical and construction skills to each project regardless of scale or value.
